The location here is fantastic, very close to both the Old Town and Kazimierz neighborhoods, with shops and cafes nearby, plus the room is charming and comes with a balcony, and all the staff are friendly and personable.

Luxury Apartment and Surprising Services: It's a place when you experience the luxury. Perfectly clean, very quiet, everything is perfect. Every detail is arranged to make you feel special. I was impressed and surprised, especially, when I called to announce that I will be late and the owner recognized my telephone number.

This hotel is located on a quiet street close down the street to the Old Town square and the castle, making it a perfect location for exploring the city. the spacious and beautifully decorated rooms with all the necessary technology, make for a comfortable stay. the friendly and knowledgeable staff go above and beyond to assist with arranging airport transportation, tours, and surprising guests with little gifts. the apartments have all the convenience of a home, including a kitchen and washing machine.

One minor inconvenience is needing to contact staff upon arrival, as there is no reception desk.

The apartment was stunningly decorated and furnished with high quality pieces. Alex, our host, was incredibly helpful and attentive, even providing portable internet. The location was perfect, just a short walk to both the Jewish Quarter and the Old Town. The shower was amazing and the free on-site parking was a definite bonus.

I loved the location in the heart of the city within walking distance to every attraction such as the castle, restaurants, and Old Town area. The hotel facilities were impressive and kept clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially Alex, was exceptional, offering help with transportation and providing a fantastic introduction to the apartment. Parking and transportation were not a problem as everything was accessible by walking.
